Effective from the date of publication on smgcorp.kz. In case of any conflict with the law, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan prevails.

Requests and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the contract and warranty obligations, or until consent is withdrawn — within the limits permitted by the personal data law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
